Problems , isues and chellanges of our program and project

We have so many different tools as listed above as well as and ways to communicate in each region -

that communication was very fragmented. We were also looking to centralize our docs, files, and IP to

provide continuity as people move in and out of projects. We didn't have a good way to continue a

project because everything was based in email. The only way to get someone up to speed was to

forward an email chain of files and conversations."

Because of these challenges, EO knew they needed a collaboration platform to bring their
